Summary
1. All Squad Mods agree to the Squad Mod Code. As such, all Mods should secure a backup moderator who agrees to facilitate meetings if a meeting needs to be missed.
2. Be familiar with the list of Hot Topics and be prepared to guide your Squad to select one to discuss during the program (Week 2).
3. At the start of the program, we recommend Squad Mods collect and share email address/phone numbers of all members. Consider creating a WhatsApp group to streamline communication with your Squad, and provide members a quick way to alert you if they run into any technical issues.
4. The Ellevate team will start activating Squads after August 21st. When we activate your Squad, you will receive an email with the subject line Your Squad Is Ready.
