1. First, you'll need Ellevate Executive Access; sign in to your Ellevate account and select Executive here. 

2. With Executive Access, you'll be able to apply for your Squad here. The application is brief; we primarily need to know what time of day is best for you to meet.

3. Review your Member Profile; we will use the information you provide to put together the best Squad for you.

4. We'll stay in communication via email through February and March as first we put together Squads, then select and onboarding a Squad Mods. We'll introduce you to your Squad before you start meeting in April.
