After we close Squad applications, the first thing we do is get started on matching each applicant with their Squad. Once we’ve had a chance to sort out how many Squads are created, we then move forward with Squad Mod invites.
If you are invited to be a Squad Mod, you can expect to receive an email that officially invites you to the role. Within that email, we’ll include more information about the responsibilities of the role and give you the option to accept or decline the invitation.
If you accept the role, we’ll be able to move forward with introducing you to your Squad within a few days. Our goal each Squad season is to complete introductions no later than two weeks prior to the mandatory Kickoff Meeting.
If for any reason you can no longer commit to the Mod role, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Our team will need to review and see if someone else on your Squad is able to step up as the Squad Mod.
Please note, we cannot move forward with introducing you to your Squad without a confirmed Mod. If you have any doubts or uncertainties about fulfilling the role and responsibilities feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team is here to help set you up for success in your Squad, as a Mod, and beyond.
