In 2020, Executive Squad participants shared that the program provided a necessary means of support during an uncertain economic climate. Even in the midst of uncertain times, members shared they had the opportunity to meet and connect with other senior business leaders, support each other with their goals, and to learn from each other’s mistakes and successes.
