Each Executive Roundtable meets for 60 minutes via Zoom.

Attendees should be prepared to engage and contribute to stories and/or questions with the rest of the group. To help you get insights and advice specific to your needs, we often leverage Zoom breakout rooms so that you have the chance to engage in smaller group conversations.

These smaller, and often more personal, discussions help you get specific action points you can apply to your career. It also provides the opportunity to build relationships with a smaller group of members, by giving everyone the chance to share their unique story.

To help attendees build relationships with each other, we encourage attendees to turn on their video during the Roundtable. By turning on your video, you will help create an atmosphere where members want to get to know each other better. You’ll also help the facilitator, who will be able to more easily determine who is part of the discussion and recognize anyone who wishes to speak and contribute to the conversation.
