Week of Feb 26
| Invitations begin to go out to prospective Squad Mods

| March 15th and March 18th | Onboarding will be hosted via Zoom.
Registration information will be sent a couple of weeks in advance.

| Week of March 18th | Introductory emails to Squads begin to go out. *Note that we will not introduce you to your Squad unless there is a confirmed Squad Mod. Because of this, you may receive your introduction later in August.

| Week of April 1st | Kickoff meetings begin

| Week of April 8th | Hot Topic meetings begin
|
| Week of April 15th | Hot Seat meetings begin
