Preparing for the Program
After you submit your application to join a Squad, it takes the our team a few weeks to create all the Squads and select Squad Mods. While you're waiting to get introduced to your Squad, we encourage you to take some time to think about where you are in your career and where you'd like to be in the next 6 months to a year. Brainstorming (and envisioning) where you'd like to be is the first step in narrowing down the goals that you want to focus on during the 3 months that you meet weekly with your Squad. To help you with organizing your goals, thoughts, and ideas, feel free to use the Squad Goals Worksheet attached to this article. Once you've had a chance to jot down your ideas, make sure to share them with your Squad so that your fellow Squad mates have a better understanding of how they can help you.
