Where do I get my ticket to access the event?

Although you'll need to register here, you will not need physical tickets. You should have received a notification via email and your name badge will be available at the registration desk.
Please note, we do not accept walk-ins for this event.

I can't go, do I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. We can however, at your request, transfer the name on your ticket.

I can't go, can you help me find someone to take my ticket?

We are not able to assist in finding a person who can take over your ticket. If you find someone who is willing to purchase off your ticket, we are not able to mediate or assist with that. We will only change the name of the registration on your behalf.

Do you offer a discount for summit tickets?

Early Bird tickets are available from October 2019 to January 2020. General admission tickets are still available. 

Can I or my company purchase bulk tickets?

Absolutely! Please fill out this form to let us know of your interest. A member of our Enterprise Sales team will reach out to you once they receive your request.

How do I get to the venue?

Can I get a vendors booth for the summit?

Exhibitor booths are included in certain levels of Mobilize Women sponsorships or can be sponsored separately. If you are interested in an exhibitor booth, please fill out this short form to let us know of your interest. A member of our Enterprise Sales team will reach out to you once they receive your request.

Can I join the livestream at any time? 

Yes, you will be able to! Be sure to check back for this information as we get closer to #MobilizeWomen!

Will the Summit be recorded and available later?

Yes, it will be recorded and the sessions will be available to re-watch. 

Troubleshooting Livestream issues

There are many reasons you might experience livestream issues. A common reason is that your internet connection is weak and the video doesn't show properly. 

Make sure that your browser is running on the latest version and that your connection doesn't have a firewall blocking for the livestream to work properly.

Will you be serving food and also vegan and gluten-free options? 

Yes, we will have a variety dietary options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut and seed free, lactose-free. All ingredients will be listed on the buffet tables for breakfast and lunch boxes and/or snacks. More common allergens and dressings will be provided on the side. If you have very specific or severe dietary needs, we may not be able to accommodate and recommend you bring a packed lunch. 

Do you have childcare available?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer childcare services for the time you are at the Summit. 

Will the event location be wheelchair accessible? 

Yes! The Summit venue will definitely be wheelchair accessible. Additionally, we will have closed captioning.

Is there a dress code?

We want you to be authentic and be comfortable, therefore, we do not have a dress code. Many attendees, however, prefer a business casual look for the day. Please remember, this will be an event inside with AC and with lot's of sitting.
